Fiscalization Extension PL

Fiscalization Extension PL for Dynamics 365 Business Central supports Polish legal requirements on fiscalization including SAF-T VAT reporting, sales invoices for fiscal receipt, fiscal receipt setup, processing and correction. It ensures communication between Business Central and fiscal printers used by companies in Poland.

The application supports an essential aspect of financial record-keeping, enabling the user to print documents and receipts as a confirmation of completed transactions between the customer and vendor.

Extended Setup

Fiscalization Extension PL adds additional settings to Business Central, including:

• set up different fiscal printers and protocols for a selected customer;
• set up connections between Dynamics 365 Business Central and fiscal printer

Specific Local and Custom Fiscalization Requirements

With its flexibility, the application can support various local legal requirements on fiscalization enabling you to, e.g.:

• create and select fiscalization documents required based on local legal regulations;
• create a fiscal receipt or fiscal receipt with an invoice based on a sales order;
• create a sales invoice based on a fiscal receipt;
• handle returns for fiscal receipts;
• assign VAT attributes to fiscal receipt invoice;
• create a collective statement of all selected fiscal receipts e.g. for SAFT VAT purposes.

Connection to Fiscal Printers

The application uses Azure Service Bus Relay to connect to local printers. The solution is based on the Business Central Local Agent framework for connection to local devices, drives, network, or other local resources accessible from .NET code.
